Wine is synonymous with the Lotus Dumpling Bar and as with our other Dumpling Bar venues our guests may continue to expect a small well-rounded list with a focus on local, aromatics and lighter reds, which pair perfectly with our food.

For Quay Quarter, our guests can also be also ready to expect the unexpected. The world of wine is evolving rapidly with a new generation of winemakers and techniques, along with the next generation of wine drinkers wanting minimal intervention. Our new Lotus Dumpling Bar list will showcase a ‘parallel offering’, featuring a selection of adventurous, lesser-known producers and varieties, entwined with experimental small batch and skin contact wines, all made with the meticulous handling of fruit from the vineyard to the winery to the bottle, that are certified organic, or practice sustainable organic and biodynamic winemaking principles.  Oh and of course bubbles. All simply quaffable and delicious.  We are so passionate about this list, that all wines will be offered by the glass, carafe, and bottle, under the Coravin Pivot wine preservation system.
